Part-Time Production Manager β Food Production (Inner West)

We are a growing food production business increasing our capacity and seeking a strong leader to drive this growth. This newly created role is an opportunity to make an impact, shape the position, and grow with us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and streamline production operations for efficiency and quality.
- Lead, train, and support the production team.
- Plan schedules, monitor stock, and oversee logistics.
- Define roles, recruit staff, and manage rostering.
- Work with management team on planning across people, stock, orders, and efficiency.
- Identify and implement improvements in productivity.
- Be hands-on when needed, jumping in at any stage of production.
About You:
- Motivated, organized, and proactive.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to anticipate production needs and problem-solve.
- Fluent in English, Australian resident (no student/holiday visas).
