About the Role
✅ Responding to customer emails, chats and calls with empathy and efficiency
✅ Managing online orders and resolving issues with care and professionalism
✅ Providing product knowledge and advice about our fresh food range
✅ Supporting the team with admin tasks and keeping records up to date
What We’re Looking For
✔️ Strong computer skills and confidence using online systems
✔️ Hands on, shows initiative and has customers best interests at heart
✔️ Available Monday, Tuesday & Friday 9am–2pm + a few hours in the evening (6pm–8pm)
Requirements
- Work from our warehouse in the Sydney Markets during the week
- Flexible Sunday morning work from home availability
