Jones & Co is an established lifestyle and homewares brand, wholesaling to Australia’s top retailers since 2006. Alongside our wholesale business, we run a thriving online store and have a loyal community of customers. We’re a small, hands-on team looking for a friendly, organised and tech-savvy person to manage our online customer service and support our wholesale operations.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our online customers: answering enquiries via email, chat, phone and social media, resolving order issues, returns and refunds, and liaising with our warehouse on delivery queries. You’ll also keep our Shopify website up to date with product info and content, and monitor customer comments and DMs across social channels. On the wholesale side, you’ll process and review account applications and assist our Customer Service Team Member with customer support and account management.
We’re looking for someone with at least 2 years’ customer service experience (e-commerce or wholesale/retail preferred), strong written communication skills, and confidence with digital platforms such as Shopify, Cin7, Xero and Gorgias — or the ability to learn quickly. You’re proactive, detail-focused and thrive in a small team environment.
This is a part-time role, 5 half-days per week, offering variety, flexibility and the chance to be part of a growing, creative brand. Only successful candidates will be contacted.
