Join The Best Backyard as a Customer Service & Sales Assistant for our busy Spring / Summer period (& beyond for the right person). Remote / Part-Time position.
Location: Remote (or in our Sydney office if preferred)
Hours: Flexible. Minimum 15 hrs/week Mon-Fri
Period: September - Feb / March (ongoing work available for the right person)

What you’ll do:
Handle pre-sale enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
Recommend and advise on outdoor products to help customers make confident choices
Process orders efficiently and assist with post-sale support
Manage customer service enquiries & order issues / returns
What we’re looking for:
Prior experience in a customer-facing role (retail, sales, support)
Comfortable communicating across phone, email, and live chat & using technology / software tools
Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Enthusiasm for outdoor living and supporting families
A quiet, dedicated workspace and reliable fast internet
