We are a children’s entertainment company that creates magical experiences for families through live events and parties. We're looking for a hands-on Office Manager to oversee operations, scheduling, and team coordination, someone who can keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do
Manage entertainer scheduling and event logistics
Support performers with supplies, communication, and weekend readiness
Handle customer escalations and ensure great client experiences
Collaborate with the customer service team on quotes and bookings
Contribute ideas to marketing, social media, and business growth
Keep operations tight, organized, and ready to scale
What We’re Looking For
3+ years in operations, office management, or event coordination
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Calm, proactive, and confident in a fast-paced environment
Bonus: creative mindset for marketing or small business strategy
