Moon Festival at Paddy’s Night Food Markets

Celebrate Moon Festival 2025 with a full day of family fun, food and festivities. Start at Strathfield Council’s daytime event (1–6pm) with kids’ activities, live music and great eats at The Crescent, Homebush West. At 5.45pm, join the Lantern Parade led by THQ Cabra lion dancers from Flemington Station to Paddy’s Markets.

From 6–10pm, the Paddy’s Night Food Markets light up with Sydney’s best food trucks, a car show, family entertainment, free jumping castle for kids, and free mooncakes for the first 50 patrons. Don’t miss special guest Vincent Lim (@dimsimlim) with a fiery live wok demo and giveaways of his new cookbook The Wolf of Wok Street.
