Markets designed, run and stocked entirely by young people. No entry or stall fees — just great finds in an iconic City venue.

Most markets don’t cater to young people. Steep stall fees, entry charges and the inflated “vintage” price tag mean young sellers and shoppers are often priced out before they start. Haul in the Hall is changing that.

Part of the City of Sydney’s Youth Week in the City 2026 program, Haul in the Hall is a market designed, run and stocked entirely by young people under 25. Browse curated second-hand fashion and more, with all items capped at $100, in one of Sydney’s most iconic venues.

This year’s Youth Week theme is Dream. Dare. Do. Haul in the Hall brings that theme to life. Whether they’re selling pre-loved pieces or launching a sustainable side hustle, every stall represents a young person creating space in a system that often prices them out.

Come along and support them. Bring your friends, your reusable bags and your love of sustainable shopping. For one day only, see what markets look like when young people are in charge.
