The Role — Hybrid WFH Available
We're seeking a driven, people-focused Sales & Customer Service Representative to be a key contact for women navigating menopause — combining genuine care with confidence to guide patients toward the right solutions. Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5:30pm (AEST)

Key Responsibilities

• Engage patients via phone, email, and SMS to convert enquiries into bookings and patients
• Drive retention through empathetic communication and timely follow-up
• Assist with bookings, medication coordination, and query resolution
• Maintain accurate records in line with confidentiality requirements

What We're Looking For

• Sales experience in any customer-facing role
• Confident, warm phone manner with genuine empathy
• Persuasive, outcome-oriented communication style
• Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; eager to learn new systems
