Ballantyne Baby Consultancy, founded by Emma Ballantyne offers bespoke packages designed for each individual family. We offer a safe and trustworthy service, tailored advice individual to your baby and personalised routines that align with the rhythm of your home environment. The level of support ranges from a one-off support call all the way up to 12 weeks of on call support. In addition to remote support, Emma is also available for overnight newborn and infant support . She has previously worked primarily with inner west families, and is excited to be back in Sydney, and is looking forward to working with many more!

Emma provides practical and encouraging solutions, taking into consideration your point of view as well as the emotional, physical, developmental and spiritual needs of your baby. She has been in the childcare industry for over 10 years, initially as a nanny before specialising in the areas of Newborn Care and Postnatal Support. She has spent the last 5 years travelling and supporting families as they welcome a new baby into the family.
