Bonfire Bread Balmain

Bonfire Bread is a family owned and operated business established on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. Influenced by demand from customers traveling from the Inner West we have now established ourselves in the area with a new store in Balmain.

We are an artisan style bakery with all our bread made using only certified organic wheat and grains. We strive in offering our customers a high quality product using long fermentation that is hand crafted and made with care and skill.

Our bread offerings range from long fermented organic sourdoughs leavened with wild yeast to soft organic traditional breads made free from preservatives and additives. For the sweet tooth, we have a large selection of homemade style cookies, brownies and much more using real and wholesome ingredients sourced ethically where we can.
