At Eunoia, we recognise that when women are expecting a baby , their mental and physical wellbeing is often considered secondary to that of the life growing inside of them. Eunoia helps them take the guilt free time to nurture themselves pre and post birth- which has many side effects on both the  and their baby's health. We celebrate pregnancy as a perfect opportunity to encourage mums to indulge and engage in self care; all the while doing what's best for baby.

Through our passion for safe healing and recovery , we help mums find themselves again through massage , breath work and support resources.
