New Mothers - Free Lactation Services or Baby Massage Classes

LACTATION SERVICE by an IBCLC
Irrespective of your sexual orientation, are you a new mother needing support with lactation antenatally or post birth? Do you need support with your chosen method of feeding such as, latching and attaching, what to expect with a newborn, sleep & settling? Are you prepared to be an open book and receive the assistance but also take heed of the support knowing that nothing is set in stone.
Well, I’m offering free lactation services for 2 hours in the comfort of your home to get you established. I can only offer this service part time. Subsequent support will be by text, email and where possible, phone for up to 7 days.

BABY MASSAGE
Most of us love being massaged, it relieves tension we didn’t realise we were carrying in our bodies. It leaves us feeling relaxed, settled and often aids our sleep and it is a beautiful way to bond with your baby, with the added bonus that the fathers or partners can participate and be involved too.
To have a baby settled, that sleeps much more soundly means as a family it enables you to be settled too.
