Catering options to suit all occasions

Description

Stix Catering is a local business with over two decades’ of experience delivering the highest level of food and catering services.

Our mission is to provide premium products, services and experiences for our clients by focusing on innovative, flexible and dynamic business practices. We believe in ethical and sustainable production methods, supporting our local producers throughout our supply chain and respecting the environment.

Operating out of our state of the art HACCP accredited kitchens in Marrickville, our food production is performed under strict food safety conditions - one of the highest food production standards in Australia. We aim to ensure that we operate, and in most cases exceed the level of food safety standards expected by our customers.

Our farm located on the banks of the Hawkesbury River, Stix Farm, provides our organic farm fresh produce which drives the company's ‘paddock to plate’ philosophy and supplies the 'hero' ingredients for our dishes. Not only is our philosophy overarching in biodiversity, permaculture, and sustainability, we also endeavour to reduce our carbon footprint and use environmentally friendly products where possible.

Whether you would like to visit our retail store at 20 Chapel Street Marrickville, organise your next function or event, or attend one of our exciting Farm Tours and Cooking Workshops, Stix Catering has you covered!
