I Maccheroni, the beloved Italian destination in Paddington, Sydney, is taking its culinary experience to the next level with an exclusive mozzarella-making masterclass. Hosted by the leading cheesemaker of La Stella Latticini, Adriano Bamonte, together with the restaurant's Head Chef Marco, this hands-on workshop is an opportunity to learn the art of Italian mozzarella making.

On arrival, guests are welcomed with a drink of their choice, included in the price of the event. The Cheesemaker will share insights into the cheese-making process, discussing milk, differences, and flavors before demonstrating the process in front of the attendees, and offering tastings along the way. Participants will then have the unique opportunity to try their hand at making cheese themselves, under the expert supervision of the cheesemaker.

After the class, savor a two-course lunch provided by I Maccheroni, featuring products from La Stella and the Quality Centre, showcasing the diversity of these ingredients.
