We are seeking an experienced accounts assistant for a part time (fixed 12 month) maternity leave cover. Providing support to the Senior Financial accountant, this is a part-time role 3/4 days per week, days & hours are flexible.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Weekly payment runs
Generate outstanding debtor statements
Run weekly payments
Respond to accountants’ request for information
Assist with audits as required
General financial duties as required
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Ability to work with limited direction
Exceptional time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven computer skills SAP Business One an advantage
