THE ROLE
Your focus will be improving workflow by developing and integrating structured processes—experience here is a must! You’ll research and implement tools to enhance efficiency while managing administrative and operational tasks.

Proven experience in optimising processes
Ability to anticipate needs & organise tasks
Highly organised, detail-focused, & tech-savvy
Proficient in Microsoft Suite; Canva, InDesign, or Figma is a plus
Strong communication skills, adaptable to different stakeholders
Self-motivated, proactive, & discreet with confidential info
