We are looking for someone who has the following skills:
Exceptional attention to detail;
Ability to multi-task;
A team player;
Experience using Microsoft Office;
Experience in a similar role.
The duties of this role include but are not limited to:
Answering telephones and managing diaries;
Preparing and editing documents including legal documents and general correspondence;
Liaising with clients;
Assisting with file management; and
Other general administrative tasks.
The hours of this role are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8am - 5pm, with a move to full time for the right candidate.
