We are seeking an Administration Assistant on a part-time basis to carry out tasks such as answering enquiries by phone and correspondence, liaising with clients and contractors, property maintenance orders, renovation applications, etc. Strata or Property Management experience is preferred but not essential.
A confident, courteous and professional manner
Proven experience in Microsoft Office suite
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
Work cohesively in a team environment
Positive outlook with a 'can do' attitude
Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands
Openness to learn new processes, and be guided by your manager
You must have at least 2 years' experience in office administration
The position is for 3 days per week (with a view to 4 days in future) 9am – 5pm. 5pm.
