Role requirements:
Proven experience in B2B business environment (operations, executive assistance, project management)
Excellent eye for detail, strong organizational skills
Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
Experience in maintaining client relationships
Comfort with AI tools and new technologiesHours & Location:
Monday-Thursday, 9am-3pm (20 hours/week)
Work from home 95% of the time
Sydney-based
