Are you a natural born organiser, with an outgoing, positive outlook that loves building relationships with others? You could be the perfect fit to step into our role of Agency Coordinator and become the backbone of our team. This is 5 day a week role, in our office, working 5 hours a day.
Wise Up Marketing is a Boutique Agency, established in 2010, located in the Inner West of Sydney with a small, coffee-loving, digitally powered team. We have enjoyed year-on-year growth for as long as we can remember, and pride ourselves on a relaxed, approachable vibe that partners with our clients and makes their digital marketing needs a no-headache experience. We believe that people come first and ensure both our team and our clients benefit from this philosophy.
We’re looking for an Agency Coordinator who can build rapport with our clients, and our team. Who has solid administration experience, plus a confidence in tackling new online platforms and systems. You love to own agency systems and are happy to ensure others are keeping up with processes, giving them a friendly nudge to stay on track. With you as part of the team, we will benefit from you keeping everything running smoothly across the office and workflow.
You will work closely with the Director, offering some personal assistance across business and life admin, to keep her focused on the bigger vision and culture objectives, as well her coaching and speaking appointments.
You will absolutely tick yes to the following
Super organised and able to juggle competing priorities, managing team and client administration needs
An outstanding communicator, with strong written and verbal skills. You can confidently answer the phone, work across email and digital messaging platforms, and you are always willing to chat face to face.
You’re an absolute people person, who proactively helps others. You look at where else you can help and let others know you’re ready and willing to get involved.
You have a high attention to detail, across all forms of communication, and in ensuring deadlines are on track across the team.
You love learning, whether it be systems or about marketing. Your curious spirit is always looking to do things better.
And you will have
A minimum of 3 years administration experience
Strong MS Office skills especially – Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Confidence with online platforms and systems
Self-motivated, resourceful with a “can-do” attitude
Strong attention to detail, accuracy and problem solving skills
Effective, timely and consistent approach for managing work requests
Experience using Xero would be an advantage but not essential
Prior experience in a marketing agency or similar would be highly regarded
We’d love to share our vision for future growth within our business and discuss how you could be pivotal in bringing that vision to life. We want to hear about you, and how your experiences to date have shaped you into our ideal candidate.
