This busy and varied role focuses on back office duties, with key responsibility for our NDIS customers, our online store maintenance and sales, and store advertising (including socials). You will also assist with retail sales and other duties.
About Us B Smart Living Caringbah is a small family owned store offering Mobility, Medical and Lifestyle products for sale and hire. Located in Caringbah, we focus on the Sutherland Shire and St George region.
We have a friendly team of trained sales assistants and mobility scooter technicians. We demonstrate outstanding customer service. Our customers range from the very young with our OT products, through all ages with sports injury and rehabilitation products, to older customers who need products to assist them remaining independent in their homes.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Back Office Support
Manage NDIS customers, accounts and processes.
Maintain our online store and sales
Proactively manage store and product marketing and advertising
Retail sales duties.
