The Bookkeeper role will provide administrative support in all areas of our growing business. Includes client bookkeeping, payroll, AP and AR, prepare financial reporting including cash flow forecasts and budgeting. In addition HR administration including contracts, WHS, documentation and record keeping.
This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person looking for a part-time role 2 days per week in our Rozelle office. It can be flexible around school hours and school holidays.
The Role:
Essential
Proven experience within a similar position of 2-5 years’ bookkeeping
Comprehensive knowledge of Xero, Excel, Word, Google Sheets
Previous use of customer relationship management systems - Hubspot
Experience in the Public School Education sector

Customer service experience and excellent written and verbal communication skills
