Due to growth within the firm, we are actively seeking experienced Commercial and/or Corporate Lawyers with minimum 2 - 6 years PQE. We are open to flexible working- casual, contract, part time or full time. You will be exposed to a variety of matters which could see you working on mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, corporate governance, finance, or capital markets. Day to day, you will work on commercial business matters & you will be involved in drafting agreements, drafting joint venture agreements, advise on restructurings, due diligences, draft partnership agreements, sale & purchase of businesses as well as corporate & trust structuring.
The role will also involve providing advice to SME’s on commercial and corporate law matters across a broad range of industries.
To be considered for this position, you will have at least 2 – 6 years post-qualifying experience as a Commercial and/or Corporate lawyer in a similar role. You will be commercially savvy, a strong communicator, possess excellent technical abilities and appreciate the importance of attention to detail, planning your time effectively and meeting deadlines.
