The Role
We are currently looking for an experienced customer service representative for a full time position.
Duties include:
· Answer telephone enquiries & requests from new & existing clients
· Recording information on our cloud-based job service App
· Maintain company emails, responding to clients in a timely manner
· Creating job sheets & requests for quotes from emails, & telephone enquiries
· Filing documents, some AR and general administration duties
· Data entry / Creation of appointments
Skills and Experience
· Proven experience in a similar role
· Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
· Very good to excellent computer skills, ServiceM8 knowledge a plus
· Ability to focus on the task at hand and excellent follow through
· Able to work as part of a close-knit team under the supervision of your Team Manager as well as using your own skills and initiative to provide the best service.
· Swift follow up of tasks and an excellent eye for detail
· Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner
