Hours are flexible in the week & would suit a mum with school hours, 1 full day or 2 x 1/2 days. Monday - Thursday
We are a Special Events and Decorative Hire Co in Marrickville. You would be joining a small fun and creative team.
The successful candidate will be required to assist the Accounting Department on a part-time basis starting with 1 day per week. With the business growing again we are looking for an applicant who, once trained, could work extra hours/days and work alongside our Accountant. You would also be required to cover each other for holidays and busy periods.
It is vital that the person that is appointed:
• Has experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll including workers compensation and superannuation experience
• Has strong experience in MYOB
• Strong skills in word and excel
• Strong administration and organisation skills
• High attention to detail.
• Strong reporting skills
• Minimum of 3 years accounts experience
• Knowledge of the BAS return process
• Ability to liaise with suppliers and staff
