We’re looking for our next superstar HR Business Partner to join a dynamic & growing business that thrives on delivering great HR advice to small-medium business sector.
About You
You have a minimum of 10 years experience. Ideally, you will have spent some of that time consulting to SMEs.
You embrace technology - our systems are critical to our response rates so you need to get up to speed with what may be new tech.
You know how to build great relationships through delivering great support. You have the confidence to have difficult conversations and the diplomacy to do so in a way that doesn't offend.
You're probably a little overly helpful - don't worry, we all are! You are generally optimistic, and above all CALM in a crises.
Our team work from anywhere in Australia, and your work location is your home office.
This is a flexible work opportunity - we all work flexible hours across 4 days a week.
