Bridges Lawyers is a successful law firm based in Sydney CBD.
The opportunity - We are seeking a HR professional to assist in the recruitment process. Reviewing applications and identifying potential candidates. This would be in response to adverts placed on SEEK. Applications may be viewed after-hours but need to be checked within 1 business day of receipt.
Post onsite training to get to know us and our culture, this is a flexible, work from home role based on casual hourly rates. We currently post 1 to 2 roles per month. Volume of adverts will fluctuate according to business needs.
Essential requirements - Appropriate HR qualifications, or a strong track record of experience in HR, particularly in recruitment.
· Law Firm or professional services experience would be ideal
· Efficient time management, highly organised and great attention to detail
· Ability to read people i.e., can pick up on what is not said
· Can do attitude with the skills and ability to work autonomously
· Ability to represent our Firm professionally but with warmth and care
