We are Bop till you Drop, a vibrant Children’s Entertainment Company that's been lighting up kids' faces for the past 20 years. We are expanding our small team of 5 admin staff and are on the lookout for a dynamic individual to bring their talents in marketing, with attention to detail and willingness for fulfilling administration tasks.
Days are flexible: (in school hours)
Ideally 4-5 hours a day, Tues, Thurs & Fri.
These hours/days could increase as the company expands.
The Office is located in Ryde
As part of your role, 50% of your job is Marketing focused; driving the direction and reach of the company. This is in relation to both strategic and operational marketing.
The other half of your role is focused on administrative tasks that you would be responsible for on a regular weekly basis.
Your tasks include:
· Create and design email marketing newsletters
· Build and maintain Mailchimp email templates
· Set up email marketing workflows and customer journeys
· Design eye-catching graphics and visuals for marketing materials
· Social media content creation and implementation
· Social media ad and google ads
Action website WordPress updates
Create annual marketing plans
Create sales reports in our custom software
Pay staff wages
Handle general administrative tasks as needed
Actioning customer enquiries and sales over the phone and email as needed
