Casual Medical Receptionist - 2 positions available!
As an experienced medical receptionist, you will have a collaborative and mature approach to working in a team, quickly learning and maintaining standards positive attitude toward learning and be able to prioritise delivering excellent customer service under pressure. You will be the first point of contact for patient and enquiries.
You must be comfortable to work within a fast-paced environment, as you will help with answering and directing calls, greeting patient and payments, booking and managing appointments and generally being part of a team that supports fellow staff and doctors.
1 - 2 days per week
Week 1: 7:45am to 2:15pm
Week 2: 1:45pm to 8:15pm
Our ideal candidate will have:
A friendly demeanour and positive energy
An eye for detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional and polished personal presentation and phone manner
Prior experience as a Medical Receptionist/Admin
Be highly organised
In addition to shifts available will be able to maintain a reasonably flexible schedule to cover for fellow staff whilst on leave.
Best Practice and Medicare billing experience (preferred).
Computer literate with proficiency with Microsoft Office.
