Office Administration Position For Structural Landscaper
We are a small, experienced landscaping company that specialises in designing and constructing residential outdoor living and entertaining areas.
Our company is looking for a qualified person to assist the owner of the company with the day to day administrative functions of the company including emails, quotes/contracts, liaising with clients, suppliers and the head of office administration, following up leads or quote requests, design layouts and mood boards, and organising information for projects.
You Ideally Have:
· Strong written and verbal English communication skills
· Sketch Up skills and any design experience creating layouts and mood boards
· Strong Excel and Word skills on Mac and also familiar with Dropbox, social media etc)
· Xero skills
· Excellent attention to detail
Previous experience with a construction company would be viewed favourably.
This role is part time starting with 3 days per week – 10am – 2.30pm incl. half an hour for lunch (hours are flexible).
Our location offers free street parking and is close to public transport.
