We currently offering a full-time position at our Family Law Firm as an office administrator. Hogg and Associates Lawyers is a boutique Family Law Firm in the Summer Hill Village of Sydney's Inner West, assisting clients following the breakdown of their relationships. We are looking for the right person to join our close-knit team of three lawyers and support staff. The officer administrator role is an in-office, full time role, with flexibility for the right candidate. Those returning to work are encouraged to apply.
Your responsibilities
· Diary and general reception duties
· Interacting with clients as the first face you see in the office and answering the telephone
· Assisting with social media and marketing
· Assisting with the preparation of statements of account (training provided)
The successful candidate will have
· An approachable and friendly demeanour
· Ability to take instruction and multitask
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Attention to detail
· Experience in an administrative role in a professional environment is an advantage but not required
