Overlooking Hyde Park, The Women's Club hosts a year-round calendar of cultural events, private functions, and hospitality services. We're seeking a capable and self-directed Operations and Events Coordinator. This trusted position works closely with the CEO and the team to ensure excellence across TWC. Ideal for someone with 2-5 years' experience in events, operations, or hospitality, this role offers scope for leadership, stakeholder engagement, and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Run events from end to end incl. logistics, setup, and on-the-day delivery
Be present at all Club events incl. evenings and occasional weekends
Liaise with suppliers and hospitality partner for F&B delivery
Support day-to-day Club operations
Represent the Club confidently, working closely with the CEO to uphold standards and troubleshoot issues as needed
