Practice Manager in a growing women's health practice

Movement Laboratory & Papaya Clinic are looking for our next Practice Manager!

You will be the right-hand person for our Director. Your role is to ensure our vision is translated into our operations with exceptional patient care.

• Oversee clinic operations
• Manage the wellbeing and performance of our admin team
• Rostering of admin team
• Hire and mentor team members on admin duties
• Work alongside the Director to set budget and team projections, drive growth and efficiency
• Make sure designed processes and protocols are effectively implemented.
• Build relationships with our patients and referrers
• Foster a safe and nurturing work environment where ideas flourish

The ideal candidate will have

• More a manager than an operator. Can elevate and uplift our team with lighthearted enthusiasm.
• Previous experience in managing a team in a similar setting, or executive assistant to CEOs
• Confident in front facing customer service.
• Love and embrace tech, open to different platforms, AI, system
• Open to creatively problem solve operational hiccups, clinic challenges or patient disputes.
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task. Approaches problems with curiosity.

Business, leadership and marketing training will be provided.
