ERA Legal is a busy commercial law firm in Sydney CBD.
We are seeking a receptionist / administrative assistant to join our team and be our Chief of First Impressions. This role is for a vibrant personality who has a pleasant manner, neat professional appearance and an ability to show initiative.
Specific responsibilities for the job include:
Answering the phones, taking and distributing messages
Meeting and greeting clients
Front of house care
Providing general administrative support (filing, archiving etc)
While previous experience in a law firm is ideal but not required, to be considered for this role, you need to:
be looking for full time employment (with the primary role of a receptionist)
have a professional, clear and courteous communication style
have a vibrant personality
be reliable and have a strong work ethic
