An exciting opportunity exists for a caring and team-orientated Receptionist to join the team. Reporting into the Residential Services and Relations Manager, you will provide administrative support to all areas of the residence. You will be involved in answering phones, meeting and greeting visitors and families and general office duties.

Commitment to delivering an exceptional level of customer service
Strong verbal, written, and Microsoft Office skills and able to work across a number of databases when trained
Excellent personal presentation, outgoing and approachable personality
Willing to learn and be flexible with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
A professional and personable telephone manner
Able to work individually and as part of a team
Be fully vaccinated for COVID-19
