Is an excellent communicator, highly organised and detail-orientated
Has a friendly approach and eager to learn new tasks
Experience in administrative or reception roles is desired but not essential
What is involved in the role?
First point of contact for all phone and face to face enquiries
Assist the property management and sales teams with administrative tasks
Maintain familiarity with current listings to appropriately direct enquiries
Arrange key collections
Handle rental receipts and compile the daily banking
Collect and distribute mail
Accurately sort and maintain company records
Stock take and ordering office supplies
