The Role…
Working closely with the Director, this role offers a great variety of tasks and exposure to different aspects of the business. Working within a friendly and talented team your days will be busy supporting the company’s sales and internal processes, creating, and administering marketing initiatives, liaising with clients and suppliers, coordinating events, general administration and more.
The role evolves so that, if it suits you, you will be at events greeting attendees.
You will be our operational ‘go-to’ person for pulling everything together to help us achieve successful service delivery and a great customer experience.
What we are looking for…
· Similar experience within a service industry
· Operations and event coordination experience is highly desirable but honestly, just having a heap of common sense and willingness will go a long way (we train)! (not for common sense, but everything else)
· Amazing customer service and follow-up skills
· A flair for planning and organising (if excel, colour coding or ‘processes’ gets you excited, or you can’t cope with inefficiencies we are your friend).
· Professional presentation and phone manner
· Takes pride in completing tasks – on time with high accuracy
· Believes in personal and professional development
· A great communicator who enjoys working in a team
· Helpful by nature
· A proactive approach to work
· Integrity and willingness to follow through on commitments
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, namely Word, Excel and Outlook
· Ability to learn and apply new information quickly
· Flexibility and initiative
· An eye for detail – no detail is too small!
