Job Responsibilities:
Manage the complete booking process, from handling inquiries to post-booking care.
Coordinate with international and local agents, hotels, and direct clients to ensure seamless booking experiences.
Utilize tools such as Google Calendar, Salesforce, and Clickup for optimal management.
Engage in direct sales, becoming the primary point of contact for potential clients.
Collaborate with operations, particularly skippers and drivers, to ensure smooth sailing and meet client expectations.
Face to Face engagements with trade partners and clients as required.
Strive for continuous growth and take on additional responsibilities as the business expands.
Qualifications:
Strong background in sales, preferably in the travel sector.
Proficiency in CRM Systems and Google Calendar.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and handle a dynamic work environment.
Keen attention to detail, especially for booking processes.
