I am looking for an experienced part-time virtual assistant to assist in running, managing and growing our global brands. You will have had experience working in the corporate world as an assistant but importantly is familiar with our industry. House Of O is the mothership of my 4 main businesses, providing a platform for educators, trainers, and professional speakers. Our world is speaking and corporate training globally.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage my time and multiple projects
- Build & maintain high-quality relationships with the team, speakers & clients
- Manage my inbox and all other communication channels
- Create & maintain procedures for events & activities
- Develop and execute checklists & contracts for speaker signings
- Track outstanding contracts, fees & expenses
- Deliver exceptional client experience via quick and responsive email and phone communication
WHO YOU ARE
- Autonomous and able to make thoughtful decisions
- Strategic thinker that jumps into action but pivots strategy easily within conversation as new data is presented
- Capable of quickly cultivating genuine rapport and authentic relationships with critical stakeholders/clients
