A wonderful combination of a typical studio Semi-Private session and a small group class, these classes have been structured to allow our clients to experience the benefits of semi-private classes that utilise a wide range of Pilates Equipment at a more affordable price.

Each class will have a maximum of 5 clients and use a different combination of exercises and equipment including the Cadillac, Wunda Chair, High Barrel and of course the Reformer.

At XEN, we deliberately keep our classes small so that we can focus on you and your needs and provide a personal experience with high-level instruction.
