We're on the lookout for a BD Manager who will play a crucial role in nurturing relationships and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing a comprehensive business development plan.
Analysing competitors and markets, then executing actions to boost brand, reputation, and convert leads into loyal customers.
Building and maintaining strong connections within the childcare sector, including visiting daycare centres and engaging in face-to-face interactions with parents.
Following up on all leads generated through networking, referrals, and other business development and marketing activities.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
A proven ability to build relationships and secure new business.
Strong autonomy in managing tasks.
Effective communication skills, with confidence in both virtual and in-person sales presentations.
Food industry business development experience is a plus.
