Description
Market City is celebrating National Wellness month with a range of free activations to help people get up, out, and moving throughout August with the aim of connecting Sydney-siders of all ages with local clubs to build healthier habits.
Among the activities for the month is free Tai Chi led by world-class masters, a badminton pop up with Badminton NSW, and expert table-tennis coaching throughout August.
Tai Chi Tuesdays
Held every Tuesday from 4 August to the end of October, Market City is hosting free 40-minute classes at 12pm & 1pm.
Led by internationally recognised Tai Chi Masters Cyril Loa, Sam Ruan and Alice Dong, each session includes a gentle Qigong warm-up, traditional Yang-style Tai Chi and a guided cool down in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
Tai Chi is a gentle, low-impact way to improve balance, flexibility, mobility and overall wellbeing. Whether you're new to Tai Chi or have practised before, everyone is welcome. No bookings required.
