Description

Join us in person on Saturday mornings for a guided meditation session 9-10 am.

Sessions run for 1 hour, divided into several shorter sessions with stretch breaks.

Led by experienced meditation instructors, and held by a caring community, our meditation sessions are perfect for busy people without any meditation experience, right through to seasoned meditators. Step by step guidance will help you build confidence in your own meditation practice and inspire you to establish a daily practice.
