Imogen Abba is a warm and open clinical psychologist who works with children, teenagers, and adults. Imogen will support you to find meaningful change in your life, improve your emotional wellbeing, and develop the skills to manage life’s challenges with confidence.
Imogen has a special interest in supporting those with attachment trauma, ADHD, Autism, as well as members of the LGBTQI+ community, to manage the specific challenges that face them.
Imogen takes a person-focused and flexible approach to therapy. She primarily works within the frameworks of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).

- body image concerns
- burnout
- challenging early life experiences and childhood and adulthood trauma
- grief and loss
- life adjustment difficulties
- mood disorders
- perinatal mental health

Abba Clinical Psychology is based in Balmain in Sydney’s inner west. Appointments are available in-person and online.
