Aquanatal® offers expertly designed pregnancy and postnatal specific, water-based exercise classes to support your body through pregnancy, birth, and recovery. Led by Donna, a qualified midwife and specialist Aquanatal® Instructor, each class provides a safe, professional, and nurturing environment, allowing you to exercise with confidence.

Sessions are carefully structured to include low-impact cardiovascular and strength exercises, core stability and balance work, gentle stretching, focused breathing, and guided relaxation. Pelvic floor exercises and education are seamlessly integrated into every class, supporting optimal preparation for birth and effective postnatal recovery.

Exercising in warm water creates a uniquely supportive and low-impact environment, helping to reduce joint strain while promoting strength, mobility, and overall wellbeing. Aquanatal® offers not only a refined approach to pregnancy fitness, but also a welcoming space to connect with other expectant and new mothers.

Classes are intentionally small, with a maximum of 12 participants, ensuring personalised attention. The Instructor is in the water with you throughout each session, carefully adapting exercises to suit your individual needs and any specific considerations.

Aquanatal® classes can be commenced at any stage of pregnancy and resumed postnatally from six weeks after the birth of your baby.
