Mika is a mum herself and knows you need flexibility, understanding and a tailored plan to suit your busy life.

Mika is also very experienced in training couples and can help you and your partner get in shape together.

And if you are a mum with bigger dreams and already have been working out for a while, but wondering if stepping on the stage in a bodybuilding competition in dazzling bikini is something you would love to try and tick off that bucket list, just to prove to yourself that you can, Liv is here to put a very customised meal plan and training program for you. Liv is also a mum and have completed in multiple competitions taking 1s and 2nd place in Fitness division. She coached mums in the 30s and even 40s and helped them achieve that dream and overcome doubts in themselves.

Liv also can customise a gym or home training program with nutrition for you if you just want to get in the best shape ever, but not necessarily compete, but still rock that swimsuit in summer feeling confident and strong.
