The Sydney Park Mum Walk is part of a free, Australia-wide movement built to help connect mums, encourage gentle movement, and combat the isolation that often comes with early parenthood.

WHEN: Every Thursday at 9:30 AM (walk starts at 9:45 AM)
WHERE: Meeting Point is Sydney Park Kiosk/Cafe
WHO: Mums of newborns, babies and toddlers. We warmly welcome dads, too.

After our walk around the park, we gather for a relaxed catch-up in the park where mums can chat and connect while our babies play.
