Libraries are throwing open their doors for a full day of free activities, connection and discovery as part of NSW Library Open Day.

On Thursday 30 July, families can visit any of Canterbury Bankstown City's nine libraries to sample popular programs, join a lively game of bingo or settle in for a relaxed morning tea. There will be something for all ages, whether you are a regular visitor or have not stepped inside a library in years.

Kids and grown-ups can also collect a CBCity Passport and earn stamps by taking part in activities throughout the day. The more you explore, the more chances you will have to win prizes.

New library members who sign up in person on the day will also go into the draw to win one of five $50 gift cards.
