Inner West Young Creatives Award 2023
Calling out to all creative kids!Β The Inner West Young Creatives Award close 31 July.
Do you have young Tarantino at home? A budding Kahlo or the next JK Rowling? The search is on for talented young creatives to enter the Young Creatives Awards 2023 hosted by the Inner West Council.
Open to kids and adults aged 12 to 24 who live, work or study in the Inner West, Β young creatives are invited to submit their work in the following categories:
βοΈ Writing
π¨Visual art
π₯ Film (new for 2023)
There are three age groups for each category: 12-15, 16-18 and 19-24.
PrizesΒ π
βͺοΈThe cash prize for the winner of each age group is $500 and the runner up wins $250.
βͺοΈArtwork displayed at a public exhibition at Chrissie Cotter Gallery and Leichhardt Library.
βͺοΈFilm screening night at Marrickville Pavilion.
βͺοΈWritten works printed in anthology catalogue.
βͺοΈContent producer roles for Young Creatives Take Over festival program in 2024.
βͺοΈWinner of the FILM, 19-24 age category wins a mentorship session with production company, Cosmic Scream.
