Permanent Contract
Salary Range of $56,000 to $70,000 Base plus 11.5% Superannuation + Smart Salary Packaging Benefit
The Opportunity:
Our successful candidate will be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, preparing reports and assisting with various administrative tasks critical to the efficient operation of our Global Executive Assistant Team, as well as supporting our Executive Leadership and HR team on various projects
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Scheduling and coordinating meetings
Events management and coordination
Word processing and general data entry
Arranging and coordinating travel bookings including flights, accommodation etc.
Coordination or contributing to HR or Executive team initiatives / projects
Our Successful Candidate has:
Relevant qualifications business or administration
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work across different levels of the organisation
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suites including MS Word, Outlook and SharePoint
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
